The board of directors of Rainmaker Entertainment Inc. has announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Bryant Pike, has tendered his resignation effective April 16th, 2012, in order to pursue other business opportunities.
?Rainmaker is very appreciative of Bryant?s contributions to the Company over the past four years,? stated Tim McElvaine, Chairman of the Board. ?Bryant has helped guide the company through many changes, including transition from an income trust, transition to IFRS, lobbying for access to enhanced film and video tax credits, as well as solidifying banking relationships with the Company?s lenders.?
Rainmaker Entertainment Inc., a multifaceted animation studio, is one of Canada?s largest producers of CG animation. With an innovative history that spans over 18 years, Rainmaker today continues to tell engaging stories and create compelling characters for all media.
